My name is Andrew Smith, and I am the Inspection Ace. I am the proud son of a Master plumber and have been working hard since I was big enough to carry a shovel. I gained my experience in various fields such as property maintenance and management, insurance loss remediation, parks, as well as facilities management for local governments, including the world's largest free-to-the-public LEED Platinum & Certified Living Building. With the training and certifications I have earned from InterNachi, the world's leading association for home inspectors, I am using my knowledge to help you protect your investment.
