Pre-Drywall Inspection
Don't wait for a builder's mistakes or short cuts to find you!
A pre-drywall inspection takes place after framing, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems are installed, but before insulation and drywall cover them. This is a crucial opportunity to confirm that the home’s structure and systems are built correctly while everything is still visible.
Â
The inspection covers:
Structure: Foundation, framing, roof trusses, sheathing, and load-bearing walls.
Â
Plumbing: Supply and drain lines, venting, supports, and leak checks. Electrical: Wiring, outlets, switches, grounding, and breaker sizing.
Â
HVAC: Ductwork, registers, venting, and condensate lines.
Â
Exterior elements: Windows, doors, and flashing.
Â
Safety & workmanship: Fire blocking, insulation (if present), and overall quality.
Â
Your inspector provides a detailed report with photos and recommendations, giving you the chance to address issues before they’re hidden behind drywall. A pre-drywall inspection helps ensure your new home is safe and built properly.

New Construction (Final/Closeut)
Builders can make mistakes. Inspect First. Move In Confident.
Your new home may be brand-new, but that does not mean it is problem-free. A new construction inspection gives you an independent evaluation of the home before closing, helping identify construction defects, safety concerns, improper installations, and unfinished work. You will receive a clear report you can use to address concerns with the builder before you take ownership.

11th Month Warranty Inspections
Before the Builder’s Warranty Ends, Make Sure the Problems Don’t Become Yours.
An 11-month warranty inspection is a full home inspection performed near the end of the builder’s typical one-year warranty period, usually around month 10 or 11. It looks for problems that became visible after the home was occupied and went through normal use, weather changes, and settling—such as drywall cracks, leaks, drainage issues, loose materials, HVAC problems, or doors and windows that no longer operate properly.
